Reheating Instructions

To experience our meals at their finest, we recommend you follow our reheating instructions. Also, we post reheating instructions for each meal on our menu page for one week after drop-off.

Oven Method – (Chef Recommended)

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a covered oven-safe dish, heat the food for 10 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature of meats reaches 165° and vegetables are hot all the way through. You will most likely use this method for roasted meats, roasted vegetables, and all-in-one dishes.

Stove Top Method – (Chef Recommended)

Reheating temperatures will vary, but, in general, place food in a sauté pan over medium heat. Heat, stirring frequently, until the internal temperature of meats reaches 165°F and vegetables are hot all the way through. For dishes with sauces, allow the sauce to reduce by half before serving.

Microwave Oven

Place food in a covered microwave safe container in the center of microwave oven. Reheat on medium-high to high for approximately 1 1/2 – 2 minutes or until the meal reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the vegetables are hot. Heat time may vary based on product and microwave oven. Use caution when opening as steam will be hot.

*All meals should be reheated to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. For an accurate reading, use an internal thermometer. If the meal has not reached an internal temperature of 165°F after following the posted reheating instructions, continue to cook until it is appropriately heated.
